So i have tried t3 2 times before at the standard pyramid 5 week scheme working up to 150 and back down. It doesn't seem to help one bit. Heres is what makes me wonder. Before i tried it last time i had a full blood test ran and my t3 levels are very low. Not in the low range yet but very close to them. Should i see really good results from supplementing t3 in since i barely make any on my own. I would like to try it again but am wondering if it's even worth it. Can someone shed some light on this for me?

Since your nat levels are low you could try bumping up the dosages. That would give you the accelerated values. You were just getting up to slightly elevated since your nat levels are low...see how that makes sense. Same thing for my wife since her thyroid quit a few years back.

Be consrvative and add 25 to 50 to your normal protocols...see how that feels.
Without blood work it will be a matter of what feels right to you. A little "speedy" is OK
but you dont want the crackhead shakes and twitching.
