Are we funding the Taliban?

The Taliban has taken over the poppie business in Afghanistan. Our heroin use here in the USA is funding them. The Taliban makes $500 million a year from the drug business. Is this turning into a drug war? as well as a war on terrorists?

Are we really funding the enemies we are fighting?

Legalizing is one hottest topics of the day. What are your personal views on this?

well....they've been running the poppy fields forever!!! so yes, you do heroin, you help fund the taliban....and al-qudia is now running security for columbians running cocain headed for europe. (bringing it through africa)..so...you eurpeon? you like blow? your funding alquida!! for now, the columbian are content with bringing their coke into the us through miami and mexico themselves....so doing blow in america is still patriotic!

If it were legalized we wouldn't be funding anyone else. Domestic, home grown gains for the USA. taxed and all.
problem solved. Demostic revenue isn't the only value that would be gained.
