TweetGood tips but here is a better one and it's simple and doesn't involve so many elaborate techniques.
Tip 1 - Stop being a ***** and just fuckin do it. That is all.
TweetI’ve seen a lot of posts about injections pain & questions, so I put together some tips for injecting to help make it less painful.
* Heat the oil before injection (either in bottle/vial or after loaded in pin, by running it under hot water.)
* Use the proper injection site. See https://www.spotinjections.com
* If you are new to injecting, I recommend doing your injections in the glutes.
* If you have a painful oil to inject (some brands test prop, sust, ect.) you can dilute it with injectable vitamin B-12.
* Ibuprofen 30 minutes – 1 hour before your shot, this can help with painful areas. This is not necessary, it is only a little bit of pain, you don't need pain killers for every shot, only take one if it is a sensitive area, or if the pain gets to be bad.
* Ice cube on the site of injection for a few minutes before injecting. This helps if it is a tender injection spot, or to numb the area, this is not necessary.
* Wipe area with alcohol prep pad.
* Push needle in at a moderate pace.
* Keep the pin straight, don’t move it around.
* ALWAYS ASPIRATE!
* Always use a new needle.
* Disperse oil by injecting very, very slowly.
* After injection, wipe area with alcohol prep pad.
* Massage the injected area for a few minutes.
* Heat after injection, heat pack or hot shower.
* Light exercise for the area injected immediately after injection. (Biceps - 21’s & hammer curls, quads/glutes - body weight squats, delts – delt raises, calf – calf raises.)
* If you have pain later after the injection or the next day, you may want to try alternating heating and cooling. I personally find that heating right after the injection, and an ice pack much later or the nest day if you get any pain works well for me. Do not leave an ice pack on for more than 15 minutes.
* Remember the site you inject into might be little sore the next day, but don’t worry, after you get used to injecting you won’t really feel it anymore.

TweetI agree, it's not near as big a deal as most people think it is, but I wrote this mainly for the newbies, I've seen a ton of questions about injections lately (not necessarly this board) and thought it would help them out.Originally posted by Mike P.T.

i don't think that would help... when i do my biceps for example it hurts sometimes just raising the hand... adding some weight would hurt even more for sure.
Tweetwho said injections are painful???
TweetI think what you did was a nice gesture and the noobs will benefit from it.

TweetThanks for the tips
TweetIf your like me, and inject short esters before workout, I would suggest not taking ibruprofen. NSAIDS have been shown to almost completley shut down protein synthesis. I have stayed away from them around my workout after i read that study.
I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul
TweetWhen I inject my ass I never work out legs no more. I remember the first times I popped I worked them out and I coldnt walk for 2 days, swaer to god. It fucking hurts like hell.
Tweetpretty good post bro thanks for the info i think alot of newbies will like it
TweetReal quick though. When injecting the best way is to dart it right in and not shoot it in at a moderate pace. That's the standard way doctors and nurses do it even. Also, I don't think it's a good idea to take ibuprofen for the sake of not feeling injections. Over time it is really not good for you and no point of getting into the habit of taking another drug just because you feel some pain from taking another. All in all though good advice but just like I said, Just do it!! If you're not ready to handle the little sting(if I can even call it that) of injections, then you're not ready to juice.

TweetLIKE MIKE P.T. SAID......ITS NOT THE STICK FROM THE NEEDLE THAT HURTS, ITS WHAT YOU INJECTED. YOU WILL GET USED TO THE PAIN ONCE YOU START GETTING IT IN YOUR HEAD ITS PART OF THE GAME.
JUST DO IT!!
O2
TweetI don't get that when I do biceps, it really seems to help to strech out the muscle, and help disperse the oil.Originally posted by LOCO
