Congress exempt from Healthcare?

They have been asked and they will not be on it. The Congress and Senate and their aids are exempt. That is how disgusting these politicians are, to think that they deserve better treatment then the rest of Americans. I am telling you all that this marks the end of freedom. This is a clear step towards tyranny and a dictatorship or some type of communism in the future. America is the one place on earth where everybody has the right to purchase of not purchase whatever they please.

The most evil people on the planet are politicians, and perhaps lawyers too, but then most politicians were lawyers. That's my opinion anyway, with a few exceptions in both.

TweetThere were 11 amendments brought up by a Republican Senator to include all of the congressmen and senators in this healtcare bill. All amendments were voted down among party lines.
If it is so great for us, then they should damn well have to be on it also

It is written in the bill that members of Congress, the Senate, and federal employees are exempt from the bill and will have a separate health plan exclusively for them.

Search the net and check into it yourself. I have read several articles about it and have seen it discussed on the floor during a debate. Also, there was an uproar several months ago at a town hall meeting when a citizen asked a senator if they would be willing to be on the same plan as the one they were going to force on the rest of us, he had no reply.

It is a disgrace, and should reveal the fact that it will be less quality coverage, otherwise they would have no problem signing up for the worthless coverage they offer.

Once again, I am right when I say this bill is the beginning of the end for our freedom. Of course, this is a strong accusation, however one that will prove true. Just the other day Jim Demin (Senator) pointed out a clause that states the Health Advisory Panels (aka Death Panels) can never be reversed or changed by any Congress. How crazy is that, to say that it is so perfect that it can never be changed. These clowns are destroying our country one step at a time, and the sheep of our country are taking it sitting down. It is sad, very sad to see this taking place, but in a time when people are more ignorant than ever and being brainwashed in the schools to think in socialist terms, it is not hard to believe.
