      Well tonight i hit a new PR on bench. got 550 and i think i could have gotten more as it didn't feel super heavy, but my shoulder started giving me some problems. Anyways just kind of excited.

      Great numbers, competitive(sp) numbers anywhere. I'd suggest the Lady in Maine for a demin shirt as she will tailor make your for you, a lot of the serious/winning guys get their there. J.R.
