TweetI can't get it to open on my phone- do they fit a full size 1911?
TweetSince you're not so into holsters, you might look into the Task holster. It's a one size-fits-all. It's very small. Clips wherever you want. protects the trigger, which is critical, but it's not a full size holster. and it'll fit everything in your rotation. It'll be perfect for your new XD.

1B113 looks like the one I have. I got it at a gun-show about a year ago for $20. I love the little holster. It'll tote anything. That's how they were selling them. they had a table of nothing but that simplest one, showing it fit any pistol. It's comfy. It works. It guards the trigger!
I bet it'll fit that XD like a glove.

Tweetyep
I can't find my camera.
I'll take a picture of mine with my P95 in it. And get both sides. The website doesn't show it off that well. It has a Baretta92 in it though, to give ya a good idea of how much you can fit in it.
TweetThanks man...
I'll check into it!
TweetThey were selling these in smooth black leather. The inside was the nylon like the exterior of mine. I chose the smooth leather interior, that the gun lays against, and nylon exterior as you see.
Tweetnice rig!
looks good too.
Tweetthanks.
I got to thinking, after knowing your style, and how you prefer to carry holsterless. I thought this might be something you'd like. I like to have the trigger covered, and it offers as much support as a holster whithout the bulky holster. You can't even tell it's there when you pull the gun out. It just sits at waistline. Really comfy.
And you might even like bringing the grip above the waistline.
Tweetyou got a point there about the grip above the waistline
