Tweethmm to a certain pint i do. dunno if its true though
TweetThe theory is, stretching the fascial tissue, the tissue that supports all muscle organs and bones, will make room for new muscle growth. When the fascia is too tight, the muscles have no room to grow.
Who believes this and applies it when training?

TweetI think it works if you do site injections while on some kind of gear, that allows your muscles to grow into the strecthed facia more quickly.

Either way, I think stretching, in general, should be done on a daily basis.

Tweetwhat would be the benefit of stopping fresh blood from entering the muscle? Sound like it would be counter-productive to me. Blood carries oxygen to the muscle. No oxygen = no strength.Originally posted by Gear101
