Tweetwell my wife has spent plenty of my money. Nothing like waking up from graveyards to a note from your wife say-"went shopping be home before you leave". Hell I'm affraid to ask what she has spent thus far
Tweetman...i cant wait too see the sales numbers from this holiday shopping season. i think people have benn holding back so long, denying the impulse buying for so long, that they just needed a reason so they can POP!!!! the stores are SOOOO JAMMMED!! i talked to a manager at aeropostle (or whatever its called) this weekend and she said she's been there 5 years and this is by far the best sale season ever. she said they busted all previouse yrs already!! i went to the post office to mail something out a few minutes ago and it was jammed!!! people lined up around and outside!! i NEVER seen that before!! anyone else thinks it looks busier than in the past?

TweetI know my daughter is racking up this year. Based off her Christams alone, it's the biggest one yet. and she happens to be 5yrs old.
TweetSales are a bit stronger as compared to last month and prior yr same month. Like you said consumers may "pop" and blow the numbers away. Here is a link to the census report on consumer spend
