TweetI would say Greed. Money is the evil of ALL roots.
TweetI'm interested to hear your views. Is it an inherent chracter flaw on their part? Greed? What do you think is the reason? I'm taking some psychology classes and would like to write a paper on it. Feel free to put your .02 cents worth.

TweetDo you guys think that when they do this to another human being they do not feel anything at all, even a little remorse or pang of conscience? I mean psychopaths do not feel any remorse and fail to appreciate the result(s) of their action(s).
Tweet$ is everthing to alot of people and I don't think they have any remorse when counting it!

TweetSimple, human nature, everyone has some form of deviousness inside them, what it takes to bring it out depends on the person. See most people love to get things done with as little or no hassle at all, especially when it comes to making money. Now lets take the internet for example, all you need is a half way dexcent sense of what goes on a little intelligence, and you can set yourself up a nice little fraud....how many of these cocksuckers have take one of the better guys names out there, and changed or added a letter to the name, its just that simple to do, and these scumbags have gotten away with a lot of people hard earned money.
Reverse scamming is a thrill on another level, the fact that most likely the person you are dealing with wont be able to find you, epecially if ordering from far away, and the fact that you can just simply get away with it...gives some people a rush like no other.
I have a degree in psychology myself, and I know how the streets work, and how the common hunk of shit thinks, and thats basically it..a money driven ego, that is thrilled with the action that it posses, and being able to get away with it....
TweetIt all comes down to greed I think. Reminds me of Wall Street.
TweetI aint greedy. I could give a damn about money. I know money is what is used to buy things but Im not a money person. When I have money I just have it there. I basically treat it like nothing. I even feel the same way when I have money as when I dont have any.
Tweetso hows the paper going Walrus?

TweetWell, the consensus is that it all comes down to greed, but Doom raised another interesting point that for some it's more about the thrill than money. I need more people to chip in.
Tweetbecause they are dicks
TweetMoney.
I dont think ALL of them are guilt free though. I think some do or will feel bad, just not enough to prevent it though. JMO
Also, by scam, talk about ripoffs. Like prices way too high due to low supply and high demand. I think some end up feeling bad about it and give a little discount next time around. I know of a couple personal examples from people I know with that.
TweetOh..and Ill add that some do it because they are assholes. If its over something illegal, obviously you cant really do any legal action against it ( a beatdown is not legal lol). So by that, the mindset is...WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU GONNA DO ABOUT IT!
I guess this is maybe a "bully" aditude? Not sure what would describe it.
TweetGreat points all around. I'm still sitting on the fence about it being a victimless crime teekahty but you bring out a good point there. I think that even if the person scammed was doing something illicit he is still a victim since his money was taken from him. Scammers rarely get punished, I've yet to see someone exact a promised retribution no matter how many times we see people make threats like " I live near that are give me the addy and I'll take care of him for you". With the exception of what happened at Meso with a mod and a source these last 2 weeks or so, nobody has acted on their threats.
Billy,
I agree with what you said. Scamming isn't exclusive to blackmarket drugs, you see it present when you open any muscle magazine what with their myostat zappers and m*xteron that Impact*s* Nutrition, take that JeffieS,lol.
Thanks for helping you guys, if anyone has something more to contribute feel free to share it.
