I think the law needs to require hands free also. How many times do you see someone driving like shit and when you look closer the idiot has a cellphone up to their head?

I just recently started using a blutooth and there is no doubt you can drive better.

Tweeti have a couple times...quick little "im driving" responce while at a redlight. seriosly...i dont know how people do it. my kid does it and i tell him all the time if he gets in an accedent while texting, the first thing i'm gonna do as soon as he's health, is kick his ass and put him in the hospital

TweetI do not know about every state but we have a thing called careless and reckless driving. These are quite the problem if you get one and can be applied to people who are caught not being able to control their car. I have no idea why we keep creating more laws, some politician needed to look like a hero or what.

Why dont they just call...At least i can turn on my speaker phone or answer it thru my bluetooth...Or in my case my former bf thought i was a muffin, lol! This has been a law for about a year or two now in California. I should know, I just got a ticket yesterday for listening to my voice mail while driving. I can't tell you how many times I've seen idiots on the highway who were so into their phone conversations that they had no idea that they were driving too slow on the interstate, parked at a green light, or driving into another lane without checking.
