Tweeti have done the stretch x video.... one of my clients burned me the dvds. Ill let you know what I think when I deploy or dont have access to a large gym. im going to give it a try.

TweetIts super tough, I'll tell you that. I run the gym here at work and bought this for the members. I have 5 guys that have done and completed it along with the regulaer P-90 and looking at the P-90X plus. They have all leaned up very well, but they will all tell you get the diet in check and don't quit cause its real tough
TweetIts good and hard. A lot of endurance based exercises. I really like the yoga and stretch personally. Really those are the only ones I consistently use anymore. You can do the whole thing with resistance bands however I would not reccomend it. So if you dont already have a good variety of dumbells its not as good IMO. Plus you need a pull up bar, and preferably not the kind that just hangs over your door, its impossible to get a true wide grip on it unless you are like 8 yrs old. overall good, but need the proper equipment i think, pushup bars, yoga mat etc.
Tweetits very effective from what i've seen. i've had a couple friends try it, complete it, and the end result being very satisfied. personally, i had my own p90x, but it was p14x....14 months of slinging beer all night with a new job. lost 40lbs. not a feasible way, but hey, worked for me,lmao.
TweetI have it, and im going to start it again for my cutter and as im going through brown belt. it's an hour of balls out jammin, you gotta have some condititioning for this for sure before you just "jump into it". I can definately say IT WILL work for ya if you stick with it and follow the program. I was/am working on size so I kinda strayed off for awhile. like strella says you're gonna need some equipment I have a chinning/dip bar and a pair of powerblock db's that work killer for this because of the pace of the program. it will fer sure get you into pro athelete shape I give it an A+.
