I wouldn't drink it if your cutting. Milk will put pounds on. I'm not sure if the non fat is ok or not. Depends on how many carbs, sugar. I was never into milk. Just knowing where it comes from grosses me out.

i think if you are drinking it in moderation, maybe 2 glasses throughout the day the amount of lactose shouldnt be a problem to burn up. if you are eating any other kind of dairy, i def wouldnt reccomend it, but if youa re cutting dairy should be a no-no unless its fat free

It's full of sugar, but there are worse things out there...
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

Lactose is a low GI carb, and i think the casein in milk is great during the day. Some people, like me, seem to retain more water while drinking a lot of milk, but its not fat, its just mainly the water and sodium content in milk. Its fine unless your competing or going to the beach the next day.

I agree. Even skim has 11 carbs/svg. I eat no dairy at all when cutting, sh*t, no dairy ever. (I take a calcium supp instead) Dairy does make you bloated. There is a gal I know who got a diet from a guy who has affiliation w/ Chad Nichols, so he has a decent reputation. BUT, the show diet he gave her consists of yogurt and BAked Lays!! I wouldn't recommend it!

I agree with prolangtum. If you are in a caloric defecit then you will lose weight. And as long as milk fits into your overall diet you will be fine. On a ckd or a similar diet, then no you shouldnt be drinking it, but dairy gets bagged on pretty hard. I drink over 5 cups a day and have lost 15lbs in about 3 months.

Nobody ever tried lactose free milk, it is 50% calcium in one glass no fat, in certain kinds. But it works even for a person that is cutting. Just dont go overboard like me, but i am not cutting anymore.lol
