HMB and ZMA
TweetI was reading through the supps made easy sticky and came across these two. Has anyone used these and are they really as effective as the description portays?

TweetZMA is legit. I know it was a big Victor Conte product before he went down with balco.
HMB was one of the most overhyped supps ever. It never lived up to the hype and a lot of peeps wasted their money on it.

TweetZMA is at least worth a try. If you get it somewhere online you can typically get a large bottle (180 caps) for quite cheap. It kind of keeps me awake so if i take it it is usually not right before bed like it says. It may give you crazy vivid dreams. usually I will need like 8 1/2 hrs of sleep to feel completly awake in the AM. But when taking ZMA i can usually cut an hour or so out and still feel the same, kind of weird. Anyhow just for that aspect it is worth a try.
