man...i absolutely believe there's a strong connection between injury and stress!! i have never been hurt so many different ways, at one time, in my life!! my elbo has been hurting for about a year. but, i injured my right shoulder pushing 200lbs in the machine press!! i've done 230 before without a prob...200 KILLED my right shoulder...its been hurting for 2 weeks. hurt my left forarm last weak...hard to grip or hold anything. then, lastnight i was doing machine crunches as follows
set 1 80lbs at 40reps
set 2 same
set 3 115lbs at 15reps
set 4 115lbs...on my 3rd rep i came back (release) and when i stopped back motion and switched to forward motion (contract) i felt a pull from my lower right side ab down to my groin area.....my god it hurt!!!

i cant help but think that this is becouse of the stress i've been under...i've done these weight/exercises before with no probs
