THERE IS NO LONGER ANY PAPER TRAIL FOR ORDERS!!!!
FIRST THING THIS MORNING, I PURCHASED A SECOND COMPUTER AND SET IT UP RIGHT NEXT TO THE CREDIT CARD TERMINAL COMPUTER. ON THE NEW COMPUTER, YOUR ORDERS WILL BE DISPLAYED SECURELY FROM OUR SHOPPING CART SERVER LOCATED AT JUSTADDCOMMERCE.COM. IN THE PAST, WITH ONE COMPUTER, I WOULD NEED TO PRINT OUT THE ORDERS ONTO PAPER AND THEN LOG OFF THE SHOPPING CART SERVER AND THEN LOG INTO THE ACTUAL CREDIT CARD TERMINAL AND READ THE INFO OFF THE PRINTED PAPER AND TYPE IT INTO THE CC TERMINAL.

FROM TODAY ON, THERE WILL BE NOTHING PRINTED AT ALL, NOT ONE ORDER OR E-MAIL CONCERNING THE BUSINESS. THE PROCESS NOW: I READ THE INFO THAT IS NEEDED FROM ONE SCREEN AND TYPE IT RIGHT ONTO THE OTHER SCREEN AS I READ IT. THE SCREENS ARE SITTING RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER. NO PAPER....NO TRAIL.

I HAVE REMOVED THE "BOARD NAME" AND "USERNAME" FROM THE ORDER FORM. WE INITIALLY SET THIS UP TO POSSIBLY GET A REFFEREL SYSTEM GOING. WE HAVE DECIDED THAT IT IS BETTER TO KEEP THE SCREEN NAMES AND REAL INFO COMPLETELY SEPPERATE FROM NOW ON. FOREVER.

AS FOR THE ACTUAL BREACH YESTERDAY...I AM TRYING TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH MY ATTY. THIS AFTERNOON TO FIND OUT WHAT LEGAL RAMIFICAION I/WE HAVE AGAINS THE PERSON WHO DECIDED TO BREAK FLORIDA LAW AND POST PERSONAL INFO ON THAT FREESERVER YESTERDAY. THE DOWNSIDE IS THAT MY ATTY. IS IN COURT ALL DAY AND MAY ONLY HAVE A SHORT TIME TO MEET IF ANY THIS AFTERNOON.

THE ORDERS ARE STILL COMING IN AND I THANK EVERYBODY FOR ACCEPTING MY APOLOGY FOR THIS OVERSIGHT AND CARLESSNESS ON MY PART. TO THIS DAY, I DO NOT KNOW HOW THE INFO WAS ATTAINED, BUT I WILL FIND OUT. THERE ARE MANY MODS AND WELL RESPECTED BRO'S HELPING ME OUT WITH THIS INVESTIGATION.

AS FOR KEEPING THE INFORMATION IN THE FIRST PLACE (PAPER ORDERS), I NEVER WANTED TO, BUT SOMETIMES MY MERCHANT COMPANY (IN THE BEGINNING..WHEN I FIRST STARTED) WOULD WANT A FAX OF AN ORDER OR TWO THAT CAME THROUGH FOR PROOF. THEY DO THIS TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS KEEPING TO THIER TERMS OF AGREEMENTS AND POLICIES WHICH STATES THAT I MUST KEEP EVERYTING ON FILE FOR 3 MONTHS. FUCK THAT, I WOULD RATHER JUST NEVER HAVE IT AT ALL NOW AND DEAL WITH THE MERCHANT COMPANY IF AND WHEN NEEDED. AT THIS POINT, THEY HAVE GAINED RESPECT AND TRUST IN ME AS WE HAVE HAD ALMOST NO COMPLIANTS IN THE YEAR IN BUSINESS SO THINK WE ARE IN THE CLEAR OF BEING FUCKED WITH BY THEM.

ONE MORE TIME, I DO AND WILL ACCEPT EVERY BIT OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS LOSS OF INFO. BUT REST ASSURED, I AM FUCKING MAD AND HAVE A GREAT IDEA OF WHO IS BEHIND IT. THE MORE INFO I GET, THE MORE COMFORTABLE I WILL BE IN COMING RIGHT OUT WITH IT. MAY GOD HELP HIM.....

I WILL KEEP EVERYBODY POSTED IN EVERY ASPECT OF THIS MESS.

I AM NOT TRYING TO TAKE AWAY ANY RESPONSIBILITY THAT I HAVE FOR ALL THIS, I JUST WANT YOU TO FEEL A LITTLE ASSURED THAT THE COMPLETE CARD INFO WAS NOT POSTED FOR ANYBODY.

TweetChem, keep on top of this, and everyone informed on the progress, and I am sure people will be able to eventually get past this issue. Good luck, and see if there is a jr. level associate in the office to see you today. This is a invasion of privacy, tortious conversion, tresspass to property, tresspass to chattle, etc.(numerious legal theories are implicated) issue that could be handled initially be lower level attorneys in his office. He will be able to get the ball rolling while your primary is handling his litigation duties.

I'm too old for this one 50. I have a feeling Torts is very fresh in your memory (I suspect last semester). I bet you could point out a couple my old mind has forgotten. I haven't thought about Torts issues in years. I am also going with the theory that the info. was taken out of the garage, not the trash. I think this would be a good project for someone like you 50. Put some of that free Westlaw and Lexus-Nexus access to good use.

I had torts my first semester of law school, so it's been a little over a year now. I was actually thinking about pulling up Westlaw and looking around when I had some time. Look for my note in the next Law Review, lol.

lol. I bet the Commodore will really appreciate a note or comment on this subject. Seriously though, it may be helpful to use your free Westlaw for and hour or so, and see what Fla. says about some of these issues. One thing I don't understand is that no one has mentioned that the folks who had there info. posted may have a claim against the jag-off who posted the info. as well. If everyone went after him, well I would imagine it would give him some serious headaches.
