Tweetgot down to 175 for a fight that was scheduled last april and kept in good condition throughout summer for my vacation but after hirting my back, getting through that, hurting my hand and finally my knee my condition has softened sadly. the workouts have been lighter in intensity to accomodate the injuries. been going with my familiar split of chest/arms on one day back/delts another and legs alone. think im going to switch up to the one bodypart a day again for a few weeks. switched up to this a few times over the spring/summer for variety and seemed i had some great workouts. When i start to feel overtrained i will go back to my old split. also back to my prior cardio routine taht was seriously complicated by the fact i couldn't bend me knee for three weeks. hungry to be back in that condition. i got lots of second looks and felt very confident.
TweetI'm doing a lighter routine too because of my back injury. On top of that I managed to pull something in my upper quad that ties into the hip flexor. The trouble is that my back and hip are feeling better, so I still have to remind myself not to over do it.
