TweetIt varies from person to person and time spent training in and learning the gear. There are people who get 300+ in squat suits and bench shirts, but this doesn't mean someone could just throw on gear and get that much of a carry over. The training is very different and technique has to be dead on. If your guy never goes full range, then I doubt he'd be close to 7 under meet conditions. Too many people stroke their ego by doing board work in a shirt and then when it comes time to get on the platform, they cant touch their chests or end up dumping the weight. Not saying this is the case with him, but just a common thing. Who is he? If I know him I could prolly tell you what he's at raw.
