Tweetwell ive never had a peoblem with my legs getting bigger and growing when I worked on them it got to the point where I didnt have to do much and the grew like weeds. Well I stopped all leg work outs.no presses no hamstrings all ive been doing is kick boxing. And all the drills and leg work we do for martial arts my legs have got bigger then when I used weights its unreal. Yesterday I tried on my pair of fatigue shorts and I ripped them. I can beleive by running and sprinting and just doing kick boxing how much my legs grew without weights.

TweetYou know its funny how if you lay off of something you do all the time and then train in a completley different way your muscles respond in ways you never thought. I def know what your going through with that. Bouncing back and forth with MMA and lifting makes my body guessing i reckon...so its good for stimulation.
