I'm still not sure exactly what I did, but my lower back is shot. Wed I worked quads and went heavy on squats. My back was a little sore Thurs morning, but nothing unusual. Then I worked shoulder & back... I had to combine my workouts because I was planning on clean house today. By time I was finished working out, my back was killing me. I guess I did it on the military shoulder press. Now I'm paying for it. I can't stand, sit or lay down without my back hurting. The last time I hurt my back this bad was about 7 yrs ago on the squat rack. So I'm icing it and taking Aleve, and wishing I had something stronger.

This sucks... now I won't be able to train for awhile
