TweetBeing a Cajun Coonass like gator, my fave are boiled crawfish & shrimp with potatoes and corn on a cob in the mix. Washing it all down with Coca-cola.
BTW gator, my sweet, sexy Puerto Rican baby got me hooked on(I mean literally addicted to) a Mexican dish that we got in San Pedro, CA. Shrimp Fajita!! OMG bro, all I could think of is boiled shrimps when I am devouring it. The seasoning is a killer, although they don't peel the shrimps, and it's mixed with potatoes, onions, tomatoe, and peppers. All served up on a restaurant tray (no plate or platter) and a foot long sliced french bread and butter. Personally, I'm afraid to find out the nutritional facts about that bad ass dish because I'm sure it's loaded with calories.
