      Oddly enough, for me, it varies day to day, sometimes I feel like going early a.m. other days I feel like going in the p.m.

      whenever I have time, bro. I wish I was so lucky to just be able to pick any time of the day. But I usually train after work around 7:30pm.

      I would LOVE to train at midday - when your energy is highest and you are warmed up from daily activities. Unfortunately - I have to hit it around 7pm.

      I have found that the later I wait, the better the workout. If I try and workout in the morning, it feels like my bones and joints are going to explode. I think it just takes all day for my body to "lube" itself up!!! I usually go from 6-8:30pm
