      yep. that combo right there back when I would run deca and test at high doses, in the cycling days.
      I know I held around 10lbs of just water retention, easy.
      That damn deca will do it to me. I don't think it does it to me as bad anymore though.
      I swear though. It was like 10-12lbs. That's why I didn't touch deca for like 6-7yrs. It was like I deflated post cycle. I hated that. It's not good either. Terrible for your body on & off, on & off.

      That brings me to a good point. People that run those short 12-14weekers, and quit for a month or 2, then do it again. If you're putting on 20-25lbs, then dropping it post cycle, only to do it again. That is so hard on your body. I know how it goes. I used to do that. You gotta run something out a little longer, and structure your cycles so that doesn't happen.

      Thanks to my freaking celluitis, I'm constantly holding 25 pounds of water. But I guess the test E & deca don't help either.

      I'll be honest - since I did my first cycle and ended up with moon face, I did some research and cranked the water up, hit an anti-e if needed and manipulated the orals enough to prevent such things.

      It's not only a factor of what compounds affect your particular body but also HOW you use that compound.

      Water retention is something that everyone has to deal with but once you learn what and how these things affect you personally you can cut on dbol and drol with no worries.

      Deca - - well, I'll be honest - I have such little exposure to it I can't really comment.
      I've used NPP, which we all know has less water retention and I've used Laurabolin which is essentially a long ester deca - it also didn't have the same water impact (for me at least) that many get from deca.

      And you know what the worst part is - it's likely this way for most everyone and this is the "Classic: First Cycle" recommendation from sooooo many people it's silly.

      D-bol, Test and Deca - so the poor F'ing fool gets 20-30 extra pounds of water weight and gets moonface and highblood pressure and the works.
      But he got "BIG"!! LMFAO!!!!

      I remember my first cycle - Primabolan and Sten (ahhh Sten! I loved that little cheap wannabe Sust. - but it was GREAT!), it was a good starter, lower dose with none of the sides.
