Tweet^and 500cals a day is flat out like an anorexic, isn't it? Even though she works in a call center, very low activity, a person still burns 500calories very easily throughout the day, correct?
That 500 calorie/day is bad. I've always thought 1000-1200 at the lowest.
And no-one has heard of, or knows anything about, this HCG Diet. Her doctor put her on it. I'm wondering what the hell HCG would do for someone needing to loose fat.
I'm wondering if the HCG has almost an anabolic effect helping her not loose muscle tissue because of the whole 500cal bs.???
