Awww!! Thanks everyone!! I swear I felt a trickle of moisture running down my cheak hehe.
The details... I'll be a paraprofessional at a K-8 charter school. The principal is going to propose to his boss two options. The 1st option is instead of working just the 5.5 hours as a parapro, I work an additional 1.5 and teach a couple PE classes. The 2nd option is to hire me as a half time PE teacher and get salary. Specials are based on enrollment, so as enrollment goes up I may be going to a full-time PE spot if needed. Right now, I'll be doing the 5.5 AND subbing in the PE spot because the teacher in that area is ALSO a behavior advocate. So, when he gets called out, i'll go to the gym and someone will sub in for me.
All in all, the options are there. In addition, I'm working on getting into coaching into a certain middle school to help bring it's program and the high schools program together to help the kids progress more. I'm determined to get in their heads about strength training to increase their performance. Meanwhile, still have grad school and personal training. Yikes!! So much to do--- but focus now is the job.... Thanks again for the support and this site is so great and has helped soo very much! I love the info and all advice! =)
