I dont know how many of you guys do any running but a great place to find a route to run and measure how far you run.... you can go to mapmyrun.com. you can use streets or a topographical map to pick your own running course.
you can save routes and log your running. I usually run between 20-40 miles a week.

It would be very useful to anyone training for a 1/2 marathon or marathon or even some tri's.
