TweetON INJURIES. ICE IS YOUR BEST FRIEND. I HAVE A ELBOW INJURY FROM ME PUNCHING A PAD . MY SPARRING PARTNER HAD THE MITS ON AND I WAS THROWING JABS WELL THIS DUMB ASS DECIDES TO PULL BACK THE MIT WHILE I WAS THROWING A RIGHT CROSS WITH ALL MY MIGHT AND HE PULLS BACK AND I HYPER EXTEND MY ELBOW AREA ARM. SO I LET IT GO THEN THE NEXT DAY DECIDE TO LIFE HEAVY BACK AND THATS IT I HURT IT EVEN WORSE. SO I USED ICE ICE ICE 3X A DAY FOR 15 MINUTES AND ITS JUST ABOUT 100% NOW. YES I ADDED HEAT IN THERE ALSO

TweetRemember, ice for inflammation and heat to relax the muscle and increase blood flow. For my injury, heat works much better. Only 15 to 20 minutes at a time.
