TweetMine is a little over 18 inches. I train them every 4 days, highreps mostly. I tried spot injecting them with winny but it hurts and my calves is a minefield full of veins, so that's another worry.
TweetMine are 19" and I don't train or spot inject. I know I should train my lower, but I do a lot of cardio and my legs are already pretty decent. What are your stats?

Tweetbro if you UR calfs are 19", I'd say you don't need to worry about them too much unless you're say 6'5" or something.
TweetI hate my calves,no matter what I do I get no mass, just definition, but I need mass!!!!!!
TweetI did a calf inj today on the inside and I must of hit a big vein. When I took out the needle blood gushed out. If I do a calf inj again I'm gonna stick to the outside part because I never had a problem there. IMO spot injections don't work for permanent gains. I never measure mine, I 'd rather have my calves work good then look good.

TweetI've done site injects in my calves, with everything from deca/enth to fina/susp. They are only like 14" no matter how hard I train them. Tried training them once a week and twice a week, high and low reps, heavy and light, so far, little gains. Damn genetics screwed me there. At least I'm only 5'4", so they're not as tiny as they could look
TweetWho wants giant calves anyway?
TweetI'm 6'3". What would be an ideal size for my calves? They are finally starting to grow after years of me neglecting to work them out!
Tweetbit over 18"... i do legs once a week... not too hard tho...
i'm 6'2"
TweetMine are stuck at 15 inch. Why is it that they shrink back to a smaller size when I dont train them. The most Ive gotten them is 16 inch last year.
