      Bench press 2x6 275 felt great! I was able to plant my feet better and keep an arch in my low back!
      seated military press 1x8 135 1x8 165 PR!

      Thanks guys! I couldn't believe how light it felt! James this is a program I picked up at Ironaddicts.com It's a 2dy a wk routine,so far so good! I was on a 3x a wk for I think about 6wks.Hit a plateau with it and went on this one.I expect to be on this one well for as long as I make gains frankly.Being an "old man" of 45! lol I'm trying to build my core and increase my DL and squat, which are woefully low at 405 and 355 res. Sorry if I ramble on, but I am STOKED! to say the least!! I think my next area of concern with regards to the bench is not flaring my elbows out and using my lats more? Can I figure that this will come in due time? Thanks again!!

      the only way to get proper form with your elbows and lats is to lower the weight and practice it. You will have to force your body into the position until it gets use to it. 2 day a week im not keen on but if it works it works i guess.

      Thanks DZONE! James, I consider myself in "good" shape, I don't know if I posted this yet but for my GPP work I walk around my neighborhood 0.53 mile which has a few good hills, and carry anywhere from 50-100lbs in a duffel bag. I find I can hit the weight's 3x awk for about 1month -2 before I get burnt. The cycles that I've come accross primarily from IA.com or from Louie Simmons westside is a bit too taxing for me.I hope to increase my GPP and then move into something like that.But I was overtraining for so long on BB.com type workout's and the glam m&f's. I'm just freakin' stoked!! Sorry I'll STFU! Thanks again James and the gang here at FG! I hope I don't offend anyone here but I owe a debt of gratitude to IA.com! They have a great run site as well! Here's to more PR'S FOR EVERYBODY!!!!!!
