House Democrats Rebuff Obama on Guantanamo Closing
Closing the detention facility at Guantanamo Bay was a sacred cause of presidential candidate Barack Obama and the liberal wing of his party. But now that both are running the country, surprising objections have emerged to closing the most secure detention facility for terrorists in the world. House Democrats are putting so many restrictions on closing the prison that it could be years before its inmates find another home.
