i will give you that, although i didnt think he looked terrible against diaz. just dosnt do as well against that range

The only reason I say he looked terrible is because he did nothing but hold onto Diaz the entire fight. He did not fight at all like the Guida of old. It almost seemed to me like he was scared to lose and that was not his usual character. I used to think that he would bring the fight to any fighter but I lost respect for him that night. Had he not held Diaz so much, I think Diaz would have finished him easily.

round 2 killed him but it showed that sanchez isnt as tough as everyone thinks at 155. If little bidy ricket rat guida pushed him I say its a loss for sanchez because everyone said he would walk through guida

The problem with Guida is he has no real skill set. He is just a tough guy with lots of cardio. He doesn't really have any standup. He doesn't really have the level of ground game that you need today. And his wrestling is maybe average. He will forever be a gatekeeper that occassionally beats a top dog. That's about it for Guida which sucks because I like him.

From what I have read, Sanchez had a really bad weight cut for this fight. I believe that is why he came out so strong and tried to finish it early because he knew the bad weight cut would kill him in the later rounds.
