TweetOK - guys - I have something for you. I have no “scientific evidence” for this, just common sense thinking and my own experience.
I am 11 weeks into my cycle. I have always had to have anti-estrogens handy when I felt the ‘nipple tenderness” coming on. But this cycle I tried something different.
Knowing that the human body doesn’t do two opposites well, at the same time, example; gaining mass and losing fat together, I thought to myself, if I could keep the body, at least, trying to produce it’s own test during the cycle, maybe the estrogen production would be suppressed.
I decide to keep my body flooded with the luteinizing hormone so the brain would keep sending signals to the testes to make test. I chose not to use HCG because of the cost and its short self life, once mixed.
I am taking 2,000 mgs of Tribulus Terrestris, twice a day. 2,000 first thing in the morning, and 2,000 right before bed. It is a 45% saponin yield, thus 1,800 mgs of saponins per day.
I am proud to say I have had NO nipple tenderness, itching, etc!
Another thing too, while on my tren, I have not had any of those roller coaster mood swings I have always experienced in the past.
OK – am I crazy, or is there validity to this?
