TweetI personally got as sore on my cycle as when I'm off.
TweetIs it normal not to get sore when you're on a cycle? I'm running test/deca right now and haven't been sore after a workout for a long time. I've swithced up my routines and lift heavy. I miss that sore feeling! Is this normal? Shouldn't I get at least a LITTLE sore?
TweetSince going on the cycle have you changed your workout at all ??

TweetYeah, I change them up pretty frequently. Well, usually every four weeks, but I'll always add an exercise here or there in place of an old one.
Tweeti get even more sore while on AS
TweetWell from my workout partners exp. he says while on deca he doesn't get sore. But w/o he does. I've never used deca so I wouldn't know. But I still get sore. I actually like the feeling I know im getting somethiing done.
TweetYeah, I love being sore too, it makes me feel like I hit the muscles really hard. I think I'm going to alter my reps, lift heavier than I am right now. I'm currently hitting around 8-10 reps/set, especially for the first one or two of each exercise. I'm thinking I should be somewhere in the 6 rep range instead.
Tweetsucks for you! lol i think every athlete loves that sore feeling to a certain point, but thats normal since you are currently on gear, as in for you guys getting sore like if you were off, check your sources
