Tweetive been ding this for awhile now and its a great cardio work out and you also lear how to kick and punch correctly.last night the dojo was so friggin hot we all came out soaking wet but it felt good. you come home and take a nice warm shower

Tweetbeen away from it for a while, but I freakin love it! You come out feelin soo excellent. Its exhilarating. was trainin in an MMA gym and the first hour was on our feet and the second hour was grappling. I hated grappling so I stopped that after the first class and just kick boxed..rolling around on a mat with a sweaty guy just is a major turn off to me..LOL...I wrestled in high school and I absolutely hated it...

TweetITS A HARD CARDIO WORKOUT. SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO STOP. IT ALL DEPENDS ON THE INSTRUCTOR ALSO ON HOW HARD HE PUSHES YOU. AND THEN AT THE END WE DO ABS AND THAT A JOY OF FUN. BUT I DO RECOMMEND EVRYONE TRYING IT AND JUST TAKE THERE TIME IN THE CLASS BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE NEVER DONE IT BEFORE YOU WILL HAVE TO STOP AND TAKE A BREAK.OR UNLESS YOUR CARDIO IS IN TOP TIP SHAPE TO BEGIN WITH.

Tweet...it really does sound like something I'd like to get into. I've been wanting to learn some controlled skillls. I know this guy that teaches kung-fu about 30minutes from here. I don't know him. I know one of his students, so, I know of him, but he doesn't just take anyone the guy told me. My friend has one of those tree stump like things, that he kicks the shyt out of back and forth. Ity slides on metal rods. and hurts to workout on, but that kung-fu shyt is wild from what he's told me.

Tweetweds and thurs are our striking days. 2 hours of kickboxing, thai boxing and regular boxing. its a blast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the training sucks but its all worth it when we spar. i suck but its still fun

TweetI think its one of the best cardio/conditioning workouts there is!! I Teach a several classes of various levels in my facility weekly, my athlete's love it!! But I am a bit ruthless!! LOL
