I read something Iron_Addict posted a while back about pull-throughs and thought I would incorporate them into my leg workout and they will tear your glutes up. If you want a nice tight ass - do them. but there's another reason you should do them.

So I started doing "pull-throughs" since then and I've been working out for over 14 years. I wish I would have known of this secret while I was single. Despite the great glute/ham workout, it seems to really get the attention of the females. They like to watch, giggle and occasionally ask you to show them how to do it but whether they ask for you to show it to them or not. I've had several women come up to me and say that looks vulgar with a great big smile on their face. So if your not doing them - it seems to be a great way to get women staring at your a$$ and talking about or at least thinking about sex.

Don't ever say I haven't helped a brother out.
