      Well when i am on a bulking cycle like i am currently on, i do not ever hold any water...Im on 750mgs test, 600mgs eq, and 40mg dbol and i do not bloat up like i hear alot of people talk about...I know my shit is real and this is my third cycle....I hear alot of people gaining like 25-30 lbs but i only have gained 10 at the most during a cycle..I get bigger but i stay lean and hardly hold water...Im 220 at 6' and 6% bf...Im not huge but im pretty built...Im not complaining cause i usually keep all my weight gains but i am just wondering why i dont blow up(retain water) like other people who juice...Any info?

      i don't like retaining water so i use ldex to prevent it, just be happy you don't have to spend extra money on it. if it is water gains i don't think it is a big deal that you don't get it. as long as you keep your muscle you're good. how much people gain depends on the person.

      Yea im not complaining about it cause i dont like the bloated look, but just thought it was weird...my bro did the say cycle as i did and he shot up around 25lbs but alot of it you could tell was bloat while i only went up like 10 with no water...Guess it depends on the person...

      Having only 6% BF may have somthing to do with it, I find that having 10% BF is the most effective for me personally. I've also been at 6% and it was hard to put on size...

      my bulking diet consists of me eating whatever i want whenever im hungry...I think me working a lot and not being able to eat while im working has effected me gaining weight alot...I go 5-6 hours of not eating while at work...If i were to guess my calorie intake is probly around 3500-4500 a day...Thanks for the help...

      It's because you're at 6%. Aromatase is formed by adipose tissue. You don't have fat so you don't have aromatase so you aren't converting test to estrogen so you aren't holding water.

      I wouldn't comlain if i were you! 6' 220 6%bf!?!?! If thats accurate i bet you look awesome! Now that i have my fair share of AS cycles under my belt i persoanlly shoot for 10-12 pounds of nice solid muscle each cycle. I hate the up and down look that so many guys get. I dont like it when it is clearly obvious you are off cycle.... JMO

      try to throw in a weight gainer shake at work to get like an extra 1000cals. that would put you at 4500-5000 cals and i am sure that would help new growth. i think the low body part plays a role also though.

      I'm alot like you, don't hold water or get any other symptons. You said your BF is at 6%? That's really low for someone your size, how did you get it done? calipers? Anyway, as long as your gaining good clean mass, I wouldn't worry about it.

      If you ever get blood work done get your estrogen tested.
      Best guess is that you naturally produce very very low amounts of estrogen, thus the low BF etc., and the difficulty with mass gains.

      Average guy aromatizes a certain percentage of test to estrogen, thus quick gains and bloat. Obviously you don't.
