Tweetlol..no prob bro...thats what we're here for!! you did a hell of a job and you did it pretty quick! your right..it is time to change it up. as you add more mass, the bodyfat will continue to drop...for some reason...this only seem to happen the first time, so make it good! design a good program. do your nutrition right and get your sleep and you will add some quality weight while dropping some more bodyfat (ok...here comes the nay sayers, lol)
