Tweetthinking of doin 10 weeks of decca 2 a week, cant get too big too quick cos of my work. not sure what too take with it though to get reasonable gains and keep as much as i can, dont mind jabbin but dont get on with sust. any ideas boys greatly appreciated.

Tweethow long have you been training? what are your stats? have you done any previous cycles? (i'm guessing not) these are all important factors when determining what cycle is right for you...but it sounds like you need to do some more research before you even begin to think about 'jabbing' yourself

This all depends how many mgs your gonna take bro. I would stack it with some Test or Dbol. Oh and about your job what do you really mean bro. Like as in getting bust, getting so big quick or not enough time to eat 6 meals a day. For the meal part, make some meals the day before, for instance take 2 meals to works, but high protein, and a protein bar or so. That would really help, thats what I do and I dont worry.
