Best Supplements While On A Budget

There are so many supplements out on the market now it is so hard to find the right ones. Depending on how much money a person has you can spend anywhere from $50.00 to hundreds or even thousands on supplements. Personally, I only spend about $50 a month on supplements and for me, that's being on a budget. I don't even think half the products out there even do anything but pass right through your system and out the other end. And I don't believe in using pro-hormones or HGH products. There's too many side effects and it's way too expensive especially if you are on a budget.

If you want to get stronger and bigger the natural way, I believe protein, creatine monohydrate, and a multi-vitamin is the way to go. I believe this is the best bang for your buck and if your on a budget I suggest you include these three supplements as a part of your purchase. Everyone can use more protein. They say you should eat like five meals a day spread out 2 to 3 hours apart to stimulate protein breakdown, which leads to building muscle.

A protein shake is perfect for added protein in your diet especially right before bed where your body is fasting and nutrients are in need. You just can't build muscle if your not getting enough protein. Creatine is also great. There has been a lot of research been done on creatine monohydrate to back it up. It helped me get over the hump when I started to plateau. It made me bigger and stronger. When I first started working out using creatine, I was so excited with the results I worked out twice a day and gained some serious muscle.

It's one of those supplements that you know works and it shows it. And what can go wrong with a multi-vitamin it's supplying you with vitamins you need throughout everyday of your life. You can start your morning off with a nice meal and a multivitamin. Then I would take your protein and creatine right before and right after your workout. In the end, if your on a budget and your going to buy some supplements the first things you should buy is protein, creatine, and multi-vitamins. And if you do have money left, you must get yourself some fish oils and flax seed.

This will improve your overall health. There are a lot of benefits of omega 3,6,9. I suggest everyone to take them no matter what your goal is, it's one of the best supplements you can buy. Then with extra cash, I would look into different amino acids like l-glutamine and/or an amino acid shooter pre/post workout. If you still have money left on your budget get yourself a N.O. booster or thermogenic product for pre-workout and you'll get a nice pump. I believe those are the best supplements you can buy while on a budget. You can't really go wrong.

Now, the supplements you buy all depends on your goal individually. Above, I listed some supplements that would be good for bodybuilding and/or overall health. But say you were looking for a different goal such as losing weight. Then I would substitute creatine for a fat burner of some sort. And then, you would have to watch your diet and calorie intake. Remember muscles eat fat. The more muscle you build the more fat you lose, along with cardio workouts which help you lose weight and improve your heart health.

P.S. The absolute very best supplement is HARD WORK and DEDICATION. No product, supplement, miracle is going to work if you don't put forth the effort. Get yourself a routine and stick with it. Switch up your workouts and confuse your muscles and you shall receive results.. GO HARD OR GO HOME!!!!
