      it hit me like a locomotive at 4PM today. I am using the humalin R primarily because I am a cheap bastard and I can work with the time factor. I injected 5 I.U.'s right before I went in the gym, worked out for an hour and an hour later, right when my stopwatch said 2 hours it hit me. I am going to have to figure out why my diet didnt control it but at 2 hours into it I started to get very hypo. I was dripping sweat and drank down almost an entire carton of grapefruit juice along with a ton of food. Not the best way to start kick this off but you have to break a few eggs to make an omlette...


      I wanted to let you guys know that and also that I am not going to be around as much for a little while (I know your sooo sad). With the new position I am working more than I ever have in my life. The great part is that is enjoyable. Except for sex this is the most fun I am having.

      why are you injecting pre-workout? Thats dangerous bro..

      Thanks RADO, I am just not going to be on alot anymore. I will be around and hopefully everything that I am working on will fall into place a bit quicker than what I think.

      The whole hypo thing was not fun, not horrible but wouldnt want it to happen at the office after a lunch or morning workout.. thanks and I will be carefull.

      Well it R so I believe if my workout is not over 1 hour I should be fine. Is there any reason that it may not be Fluid?

      I guess everyone's body is different, but I have gone hypo 15min after an injection with humilin R.

      Humilin R actually has a small peak around the 30 mark, you may want to have some gatorade or something similair on hand during your workout, just incase

      I had a protien shake I was sipping on the whole time. The bad thing about today was I didnt stick to my plan. I was only going to start with 2IU and ramp up, instead I start with 5IU's.

      Do you get hypo everytime or just when your diet is not correct?
      Since this is my first round I am hoping to minimize my discomfort.

      I only go hypo when I slack on my diet, which isnt very often.

      changing your workout can affect your blood sugar levels, so be carefull there. Other things can play in too such as smoking, alcohol, drugs, being tired, being sick..all these things can lower your blood sugar level, meaning your chances of hypoglycemia increase.

      Lets just say that I didnt expect this to happen at all. We will see how tomorrow goes. If it is anything like today then I have serious diet issues although it doesnt make sense. I may try injecting after my workout if it happens again.

      injecting before your workout can be very risky...i'd just keep injections to post-workout...you've already had a scare so why do the same thing all over again?

      I am going a bit overboard on the carbs but I would rather do that than have a problem.

      Protien 50g
      Carbs 200g
      sugars 50g
      fat 2g
      Dextrose 40g


      and an apple

      lets just say that today went very well. Yesterday my carbs were way to low. I was supposed to drink 2 shakes and for one reason or another forgot the second one (the carb one). I found it in my car on the floor this morning... Next time i will just use a gun.
