I do bro. I tried working shoudlers and traps the same day but Ididnt like the feel. So I train traps with backmost of the time.
Back
Bent-over rows: 5x 6-10
Dumbell rows: 3x 6-10
Pull-ups: 3x 6-10
Shrugs: 5x 10-15
Shoudlers
Military Presses: 5x 6-10
Side lateral: 3x 6-10
bent laterals: 3x 6-10
front raises: 2x 10
Thats the routine Im doing right now. I change workout every month or so, so my body wont get used to the same thing. I will post some pictures today or tommorrow finally so you all can critique. But Bull thats my routine, just work out a body part per day but train it 100% knowing that Im getting a good workout.
