TweetI'm sorry to disagree with anyone who likes this stuff but I think it doe nothing but take away from actually doing something.

I've seen the bowling thing - - well if you want to bowl then get out of the f'n house and do it. Who cares if you're not any good. The social aspect of it means more than sitting in the house alone or with one other person locked away from society.

I've seen the tennis - - get out and play! No good? well it does take practice, cost next to nothing and you're sure to get exercise shaggings the balls or running after your partners erant hits.

Honestly this thing makes me sick to my stomach.

The wife came home the other night after a party at her fat girlfreinds house - in fact everyone of them is disgustingly overweight except my wife and she wonders why I won't go or thinks it's rude of me not to. I simply don't want to associate with people like that if I can avoid it.

Anyway she came home talking about how great the bowling was and it was hard, blah, blah, blah.
When I asked why thy didn't actually go bowling instead she couls answer anything except she can't bowl very good. So who f'n cares?!!? It's still more exercise than standing in front of the TV with the Omega Moos from Revenge of the Nerds

Sorry to rant but maybe this video age is part of the reason so many people are grossly overweight. Hell before I moved back home with the wife I didn't even have a TV in the apartment - let's just say sitting on my arse didn't happen. Nor was I carrying an extra 25 pounds of fat on my butt and gut.

Maybe I'm going off topic a bit but if you want to lift weights - lift weights.
