      hey was up everybody

      im 5'9 about 195 but around 20% body fat. i have been trainning for 18 months and now it seems like i have hit a plateau. i wanna get even bigger but i also have to cut down my body fat though.

      so i wanna start up my first cycle. wat do u guys think should be my first cycle. i was thinking a deca with sum winstrol....
      wat u guys think. would this be good in my case or would somthing else be more affective??

      remember i wanna get bigger i dont wanna loose any weight, however i do wanna loose body fat like around my stomach.

      my goal is 205-210 lb. but go down to maybe 12- 15% body fat.

      You need to hit the cardio kid. Make yourself a promise...no sauce until you can see your abs, atleast a little bit. You will have a much healthier cycle if you don't have to worry about blood pressure problems associated with being overweight and on a cycle.

      Go back and re-read this. You've been training for 18 months, not even close to enough time to even 'think' you need juice man. Theres a hundred methods you can use to get over that 'plateau'. Switching up training methods, get more sleep, various supplements, etc. No way do you need to be juicing.
