      Does anyone consistenly use these? I have been using this daily because of some issues I have been having and it seems to help. Any thoughts on them?

      I have been using one (6'x36") for about 3 years and i couldn't do without it. I use mine pre and post workout. It has helped tremendously with flexability and trigger points especially.I wish i would have heard about these baby's when i was in my 20's.awesome tool.

      I've used them to knead out shin splints, works well for me.
      Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.

      They are used in various ways.
      I know some trainers that use them for clients on the hips.
      They put the foam roll on the floor and roll across it with bodyweight.
      Also, for TI problem on the knee etc.
      Some use it for tight hamstrings and quads with bodyweight as well.
      They simply roll their body over the roller.

      I have some specfic info on these saved somewhere when I was running the training dept but haven't used it it some time.

      I'm sure there's a lot of info out there if anyone really wants to know more - I'll find it.
