How can you tell if you have it or if it is just fat?

If it's gyno or the start of it you will usually get some tenderness and possibly a small hard spot.
If that happens use something quick or you can always play it safe and use a low dose anti-e from the start.

if you've never had puffyness or any symptoms I wouldn't worry about it but have something on hand regardless.

I almost always get some puffyness when I get into higher mgs but it will usually subside after.

This could simply be some water/etc.
But I usually run a low dose anti-e these days after having a cycle where I didn't use anything and the puffyness turned to a hard spot.
Now I don't take the chance.

If it get's too bad there's not much that can be done except surgery and I'm trying to avoid that by any and all means necessary.

Like i said, if you haven't had problems in the past don't worry too much but maybe have something on hand just in case - especially if you're going to larger cycles.

TweetAromasin is the best (at least for me it is) 25mg EOD should help you out. If you can't afford it, try Nolvadex at 40mg ED.

The only way to do that is surgery, or go off completely and see if the size decreases. If you are sensitive to gyno, stick with non androgenic drugs...Deca, EQ, Winny, Primo, Tren, Anavar.
