      A lot of it is photoshopped.
      It looks like the lighting on the legs is added and some of it is matted down.
      There wouldn't be highlights on the different parts of the thighs if only a studio lightbox was used.
      There appears to be some flattening of the stomach where it meets the left thigh.
      The calves are blurred out to give it an extra softness - chances are there was light between her lower legs and they simplymade it dark to avoid detracting from the rest of the photo - that isn't where they want your eyes going!
      Her breast looks like it was 'sharpened' in the photo and the lighting there as well

      All in all it looks mostly like light added and areas softened.
      But still she's purty!!
