TweetI fell like this 1) workout 2)diet 3)cardio 4)mindset 5)juice all having the same value
TweetJust noticed this... let me set this up.
According to most of the newbie advise I have been reading, the most important things to having success in making body changes is a follows:
Workout - 75%
Diet - 20%
Juice - 5%
Dont flame me but this is give or take here and there and also the argument can be made the workout and diet should be flipped... whatever floats your boat.. So my question...
If you just take a look in the forum.... why are approx 93% of the posts in the Anabolic Discussions area, and the remaining 7% in the Training & Nutrition area if the above statistics are true. Wouldn't you expect these numbers to match.... Just and interesting observation I think..
IMO it is because knowledge of the later two components is readily available and does not have a stigma attached, and anabolics need to be discussed in faceless converstation boards... but still I do find it interesting.... Anyone elses thoughts?

TweetI agree with ya teekahty... Ive been around the gym for over 12 years and still make gains without the AS. I feel it is around the corner though! More a function of getting older I think.

30% workout
10% juice
I always give 115%.
TweetI think diet is the biggest part of changing your body! I can totally lose and get lean with abs working out 2 days a week with a good diet! I can workout 7 days a week religiously and still need a good diet to get my goals!
