Tweetfind a friend who is seriously into training and have him show you around the gym, different excercises and stuff like that. if youre reaaly serious about training and gaining weight start eating around 3500 calories a day, split those calories up into 6 or 7 meals eaten every 2 to 3 hours throughout the day, keep the protein/carb/fat ratio to something like 40/40/20. most of all you need to research and experiment with diet and training to see what your body reacts to. and if your gonna start eating like a bodybuilder you need to train like a bodybuilder or you will get really really fat
