TweetLook at what he is standing on, looks like a 2'' block., which is making him pull from even lower. Also look at his legs, he is barely bending his legs, kind of reminds me of a Romanian deadlift where you do stiff legged deads. Over at Brian Siders place, he has these weights that are the size of 25lb weights but weigh 90lbs a piece. This will make you pull low, pretty much like the blocks. I seen him do 860lbs the other day raw, one of the most amazing things I have seen, and he doesn't wear a belt either, just at competitions. He said since he started doing them like that, his dead has went up 60lbs in the last 6months. He also does the Sheiko program where you squat 3-4 times a week, deadlift 3-4 times a week and bench 3-4 times a week. talk about insane.
Tweetyeah, I've been thinkin about givin the Sheiko deal a shot. I know Wade Hooper uses it too. It's a shyt-ton of volume and will deffinately take some getting used to but I'm prolly gonna give it a shot just for the sake of doing something a little different.
TweetMan, that was great.
