TweetI always get the flu shot - have never had negative effects from it. With 4 kids bringing home every and any germ imaginable, its a no brainer. I would get it.....i havent gotten the flu in years.
TweetMy job is giving flu shots for free...i work with patients..and i am on the fence on their effectiveness. I CANNOT afford to get the flu and i hear mixed opinions for and against getting the shot. I.E. that the shot will cause you to get the flu sometimes..etc. Can I get everyones opinion on this???

TweetI haven't gotten a flu shot in years and I haven't had the flu in years...
TweetI say get the shot, especially when you work with patients. Just remember that the flu shot does not protect you from every strain of flu, but will protect you from some. I heard that it does not make you sick ,only if when you get it, you are already coming down with something. I have never had any side effects, just a sore shoulder for a few days. My daughter gets it to, and no side effects for her either.

Tweeti only got it when i was in the Air Force and never had a prob with it
Tweetid say no..its not worth it...there has been a great debate recently about the efficacy and side effects of flu vaccines containing mercury and or Thimerosal ..one of which is possibly leading to autism in children...maybe..maybe not..and yeah it can make you sick..some react differently...but its a risk worth looking in to before making a decision...

No on vaccines
Tweetumm..no..im a man...lol..why?
TweetIf you are concerned about the mercury and thimerosal, the pediatrician reccommended the nasal vaccine.

TweetNo way. Load your system with supplements to boost your immune system and you can avoid getting sick. Whats kinda funny is that I tell peeps to avoid flu shots because of the shit they put into vaccines but yet I have no problem injecting myself with testosterone that was brewed in some Mexicans garage. Go figure...LOL
