TweetSince clen is a beta-2 adrenergic I wouldn't include ephedrine/ephedra with it. Clen is beta-2 selective and ephedrine isn't but they both do the same thing so its just like taking more clen.
Hitting alpha sites-
The keys to fat loss are stimulating beta receptors and/or downregulating apha receptors. Using yohimbine, an alpha agonist (downregulates receptors) is an excellent fat loss product. One word of caution, using clen and yohimbine together could raise blood pressure. If you have any problems with elevated BP or are considered obese, it might not be a good idea to use either product unless you can monitor your BP.
